How Can I Be Happy With My Life?

One of the most difficult issues that we as humans must attempt to answer is what our mission in life is. I will share a step-by-step approach in this post. Reading this post will help you explore your feelings and possibilities, and by the end of the post, you should have a reasonably solid tool you can use right away to help give your life a meaningful direction

The process of discovery is divided into three parts.

  1. Recognize the importance of the Principle of Choice
  2. Create your Fundamental Principle
  3. Guide your live by this Fundamental Principle

Why do this?

The most powerful tool we have is the ability to choose. It’s a proven fact that if you’ve been struggling with sadness, you can choose to be joyful instead. And by putting forth effort, you can propel yourself into joy. If you have a scared personality, you can overcome your unhappiness by choosing courage. The choices that are made affect the entire trend and the quality of anyone’s life (Norman Vincent Peale).

The most crucial mental action is “choosing,” since by doing so, you are announcing your wishes to your subconscious mind. Once your subconscious mind understands your desires, it will go to great lengths to make them a reality in your life. Your life’s goals are determined by the decisions you make. And, if you’re serious about pursuing goals, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t succeed.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

Write down whatever it is that fascinates you and respond to the following questions:

  1. What is your favorite pastime?
  2. What is it about this pastime that you adore, and why?
  3. How do you think you’d be able to do this for a living?

Then do them. Act on them. This is one action to begin achieving an enjoyable life.
